The teachers work towards not just ensuring success in the competitive examinations, which is a primary objective, but also contribute towards the holistic growth of the students.
Under their guidance, if a student secures below than average marks in the tests, the faculty finds out why and plays a role of a mentor and a guide to them so that they improve. All doubts of students are cleared and concepts are made crystal clear to them. Regular workshops are also held for the teachers to ensure that their teaching methods and subject knowledge are always up to the mark. Constant updating is required in view of the highly competitive environment that the students have to face.

The designated faculty members take utmost care in designing the study programs, study materials and test papers so that most effective and error-free material is generated. Everything is done under the watchful eyes of the Head of Departments.
There are micro-level and macro-level analyses of the performance of the students with regular follow-up measures. Special care is given to students who under-perform. The senior faculty conducts counseling sessions. In these sessions any doubts a student may have are cleared up. Certain topics may be repeated if required, by them.
